[A lazily, cumbersome flying shadow is visible out over the water to anyone at a window or out on the waterline, heading towards the shoreline to eventually alight there. The fanged creature doesn't look remotely capable of flight by any mundane understanding of physics, but, wings unfurled, it still manages to bob buoyantly through the air until it settles weightlessly on the ground.]

Possibly. They don't work on shinigami, so I'm not worried about it. I look forward to seeing how this all unfolds.
