Great Room, Laundry Room
[Mikami would like to think that, at worst, he looks like a businessman on business in an unfamiliar part of town holding a map in hand and referencing it against everything he sees. Maybe at best he'd look like a building inspector, checking that everything were up to code. He does have a blank, serious-by-default expression in place as he steps out from the south bedroom hallway with that introductory piece of paper in hand. Shame the baggy, pukey-sea foam green Japanese prison outfit kind of dashes either of those images and just makes him look like a particularly leisurely burglar.
That his first destination is that south east corner to stare up at the camera the map says is in place--yup, that's a camera all right--really doesn't help with that.
Eventually, if he gets through peering at the camera without being deferred, his goal will be the laundry room to check on that obviously suspicious blue door on the map.
As soon as he sees the clothing in that laundry room, he'll be changing on the spot out of that prison uniform and into the suit hanging there--his suit, damn it. In his defense, Mikami never was a fan of sit-coms and hasn't watched anime since his age hit the double digits, so the potential for any of those supposed others mentioned in the letter walking in on such a thing hasn't crossed his mind.
He also thinks nothing of nabbing Light's second outfit to bring with him after changing. It's about his size.
....Hell, beggars can't be choosers, he'll take L's too.]
[OOC: Feel free to initiate interactions at any stage of the above narrative. Also feel free to thread-jack for three-four-five-whateverway threads.]

The laundry room is also his next goal, as it stands out and in this case, the exception seemed more important than the rule. If something was worth locking up, it might be worth finding.
Because of his tests, he doesn't arrive until Mikami has finished dressing, but it's a close call, as he meets him at the door. He doesn't run into him, but he does stop suddenly, eyes growing wider. He knew there were meant to be other people, but he also knew there was meant to be a killer somewhere. That would mean they were all horribly suspicious of one another and with good reason.]
Ah... [His eyes then go to the gathered clothing. He recognizes his own suit, but while that could possibly be chalked up to similar tastes as the man is in a nice suit that didn't belong to Light, but the familiar white shirt and jeans clue him in that it's not just a coincidence.] Delivering laundry?

"Delivering"? [Mikami frowns, looking at the clothing in his arms, then to Light. He then stares at Light, frown becoming more pointed as he holds up the jeans and t-shirt set, voice is a mix of hopeful and resigned, wishing but knowing he's wrong.] ... Yours?

He won't say what the white shirt and jeans mean, if it could even mean that, but that's not what he plans on wearing.]
The suit is mine. I wouldn't mind lending it out if I had other clothing, but since I would be stuck in this, I'll be needing it to change.

[He accepts the clothing and steps aside.] Since you were leaving anyway, if you don't mind stepping aside, I'll get changed in the room.
