[L's in the Master Bedroom bathroom closet the entire morning. Probably most of the day too. It's very unlikely any run ins will change this. He'll hear people in the bathroom but won't make himself known. If one enters the master bathroom very quietly he may be heard typing or clicking on the computer he's brought into the closet with him but he keeps quiet if he hears anyone coming.

Upon opening the door, anyone will be greeted with a bug eyed stare from a pasty man hunched over his own knees in front of a glowing computer screen. He has an entire open bag of sugar, tea bags, and some cups in the corner.]

[Visibly discomforted, she leans sharply away, immediately ill at ease.]

Um.... It's... Nice to meet you...

[Though her bearing has remained essentially polite, the atmosphere has definitely gone from friendly to discomforted quite fast.]

[While he is silent for another few seconds, he doesn't draw back at all when he does talk. What he does do is pout his lips out into his thumb as he mumbles.]

[He doesn't look very unhappy about it.]

[Speaking of girls, another one sticks her head into the master bedroom. She sniffs a little and stares.]

...Well. There's two more people here, growl.

[At least Misa gets some of her personal space back as L turns in complete wide-eyed surprise at the intruder.]

[Even before Light appears, he can hear their voices.

Misa. His eyes go to the blonde for now. L was no surprise, she is.]

[He's barely given time to finish the question before Misa attaches herself to him like a limpet, squealing delightedly and repeating his name.]

Misa was scared and confused! But if Light is here, there's nothing to worry about!

[For now, he only looks down; there's enough height difference that he only sees blonde hair.]

I wish that were true, but it is dangerous here. How did you find him?

Both of these girls are friends of yours? Yagami-kun is popular!

I already have someone I love. Light is just here.

[She sniffs at that.]

What's going on here? I woke up and there was someone being very rude on the computer. Do you know these people, Light-kun?

So it seems. [Seemingly not insulted in the least, he turns his eyes to Misa.] Ah, so-so...Misa, you don't remember him? [At the end of his question, he nods in L's direction.]

I've met with her face to face before?

[andeatit]

[Light nods.]

It's possible you know her because of her career, but you have met. We're dating, and the two of you met through me.

Eh? [Rather insistently, she shakes her head.] I've never seen this man before. I'm sorry.

He probably doesn't remember his relationship with you, either.

[Bringing his arm tightly around her, he smiles.]

Don't worry, I'll explain when I can. For now, you'll stay with me.

The other new young lady would probably appreciate an explanation too.

I don't plan on letting too many of us wonder off, so I won't be excluding her. I would invite you too, but would you come along?

[Secured under Light's arm, Misa seems entirely content for the moment to let the two converse, lost in wholly transparent lovey-dovey feelings.]

[If Light notices Misa now, it's hard to tell.]

While we are looking, did either of the two of you receive any sort of letter or map?

Then you did get a note?

[Light makes a reach for it, casually enough, though he wonders if L will do the same.]

[Nope. The unnamed girl her his attention instead.] You too?

Yes. [She takes out the note of her pocket.] It's not very interesting, though.

[And take it he does!] No. In fact, it is so interesting that it is almost as interesting as the fact that Yagami-kun did not ask you for it initially.

He did but I wanted to look around first.

You must have held out well. Yagami-kun can be very pushy!

I'm hardly going to force her to give the note. She wanted to look around, and being with three other people probably feels safer than being with one.

[When he arrives Mikami's willing to wait, watching without interrupting to tell Light his counting's off.]

[Ed doesn't. Light only manages to finish because the blonde is behind Mikami.]

I didn't see Atsushi or the Shinigami, but they might be sleeping in.

Atsushi likely had a late night, but I wonder if Shinigami normally sleep...

So, with our newest addition, we have at least three new people. Has anyone seen evidence of more?

I don't think they're here anymore.

More importantly, regarding one of the new arrivals. Edward-kun here may be able to confirm or deny the information about this island that the Shinigami had given. He will be able to make boats in short order. A group will need to see to setting out.

The next murder should happen within the week. Even if you're a skilled carpenter, that's not much time to make a boat that would fit this many people.

Aside from that, growl, there's probably not enough supplies to get us anywhere safely.

I'm an alchemist, not a carpenter so it won't take that long for somebody like me. [With Light's comment addressed, Ed turns to Ginko.]

How much supplies do we have?

Didn't get a look at the kitchen yet but judging by the smell... Enough for a few months but a boat that could hold all that would take a lot of work. [Wait.]

Though, like I said, I'm going by smell. It depends on how much of that food is preserved.
